Chef Scott McMullen cultivated his passion for the local organic fresh produce, wild seafood, handmade pastries and breads, and ranged meats while
studying cuisine in the Northwest. 
 

Whether you’re planning a formal butlered dinner, each course served to your guests, or a bountiful dinner buffet, complete with hors d’oeuvre passed on Sterling trays, Chef McMullen and his staff will create a luxury dining experience that you and your guests will never forget!

The Acadian Ballroom features exclusive on-site, full-service catering for most any event.
We also provide expert off-site catering and event management throughout the Northwest.

 As an apprentice for the prestigious Trio Restaurant in Chicago, Chef McMullen combined his love for highest quality ingredients with creative interesting taste combinations and spectacular presentation. After opening several acclaimed restaurants around the area, Chef McMullen now focuses his creative energies on exclusive private parties and loves to custom design your menu to reflect your personality and family traditions.
