Chef Mac Thurston cultured his passion for food in the organic growing regions of Northern California beginning his quest to bring the freshest and finest local produce and game to the luxury dinner table.
Celebrated favorite apprentice from the Western Culinary Institute, Chef Maclane Thurston studied under venerable Master Chef Anton Fluery, Chef for the Von Trapp family, creating culinary masterpieces for George Bush at the Kentucky Derby and Hollywood dinners for Mandy Moore and Andy Roddick.
